- Works with Sr. Director of Market Development to oversee wide range of company projects from remodels,
new construction and capital improvement initiatives
- Responsible for the efficient management of all projects, guaranteeing timely completion within budgetary
constraints
- Participates in design development phase through issuance of construction document phase of remodel and new construction projects
- Manages construction phase from planning to completion of remodel and new construction projects and
communicates with key stakeholders
- Provides technical advice to resolve problems
- Collaborates with ownership, architects, contractors, vendors, and others affiliates with remodel and new
construction projects.
- Oversees capital improvement initiatives that impact the facilities and new company innovation initiatives
- Assists with developing project budget and managing expenses related to project
- Manages procurement and costing for budget of all owner-supplied systems, equipment, and fixtures
including timely delivery to worksite
- Assesses & hires for T&C labor needs for project including delegating work to subcontractors with attention to budgetary limitations
- Communicates regularly with all parties involved in project
- Is responsible for guest experience, market cleanliness, safety, security, and daily elements of project
- Conducts regular site visits to ensure project is on schedule
- Monitors and reports on project progress, schedule adherence, and budget
- Resolves on-site issues and emergencies
- Keeps up on industry trends, standards and changes
- Ensures the dissemination and adherence to all company and department policies

- Responsible for developing, leading, and executing comprehensive marketing, sales and PR strategies that align with our overall strategic business objectives
- Develops and maintains differentiated brand identity and ensures consistency across all guest-facing touchpoints
- Implements guest-centric strategies to enhance the shopping experience, including loyalty programs, merchandising strategies, and weekly/biweekly product promotions
- Oversees in-store experience, including merchandising, displays, menus, signage and packaging
- Oversees digital marketing initiatives, including website, SEO and PPC strategies, e-commerce, social media campaigns, and email
- Utilizes data analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed
- Oversees relationships and works with all outside marketing agencies, freelance and consulting partners
- Ensures all marketing communications reflect T&C’s values and vision
- Develops and manages the marketing budget, ensuring the allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals
- Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Provides regular updates to the executive team and communicates progress and results effectively
- Builds, leads and mentors a high-performing marketing team and provides measurement of results and constructive feedback

Responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all Information and Technology functions for the Company’s retail and administrative operations. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, development of new technical solutions and cyber security.
- Reports to the Sr. Director of Product & Technology
- Oversees the integrity, proper maintenance, optimization and continual operation of computer systems and software applications on IT networks
- Manages the security and privacy of IT systems, communication lines, and equipment
- Ensures the continual functioning of mission critical technology systems
- Partners with Sr. Director of Product & Technology in defining T&C technology strategies that support operational needs.
- Provides equipment, operating system, and application needs to meet Company requirements
- Oversees the deployment of ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software
- Manages relationships and serves as primary contact with software, hardware, and network-related vendors, consultants, and partners while maintaining problem logs, documenting system errors or defects
- Hires, trains, and develops IT and data management teams
- Provides daily supervision, coaching, mentoring, and allocation of work assignments for IT and data management teams
- Participates in Operations Group and other meetings as requested; conducts and facilitates regular IT meetings as appropriate
- Develops, reviews, and certifies all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans
