- Performs all activities necessary to process weekly payroll
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations
- Analyzes, prepares, troubleshoots timekeeping errors, and inputs payroll data to produce accurate and timely payroll
- Updates, imports, approves and maintains payroll information such as progression rates, deductions, title/department changes, etc.

- Responsible for Payroll/HRIS and related taxes & union benefits:
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, tax withholding, and 401(k) deferrals.
