- Develops reports, dashboards, web services and machine learning for internal teams.
- Organizes and assembles teams, technology, and processes to meet T&C’s current and future data analytics needs.
- Provides management visibility into data-driven insights that inform T&C’s strategic direction.
- Acts as subject matter expert in designing and recommending analytic approaches for T&C needs and establishes KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
- Develops data standards and structures large data sets to find usable information.
- Actively listens, integrates input from diverse sources, and collaboratively translates business questions into data and analysis requirements.
- Provides on-going ROI through WEB and Mobile analytics derived from the DOMO solution to customers.
- Undertakes an organization-wide evaluation of our user data collection process and provides suggestions for improvement.
- Leverages the DOMO solution through storytelling and voice of customer emphasis.
- Promotes data driven decision making and fosters a “data culture” across the organization.
- Provides data to support proposals, RFP responses and other business development efforts.
- Develops and maintains the current and target state data technology architecture, integration, and platform blueprints.
- Leads workshops and develops business cases for data & analytics teams, processes, and technologies.
- Owns all phases of the data science product lifecycle (exploratory data analysis, model development, model productionizing, rollout, and evaluation).
- Develops roadmaps that prioritize high-impact projects.

- Conceptualizes, designs, and creates digital assets (static and video) and materials to support marketing channels through website pages, emails, and social media
- Fulfills monthly, rotating website content needs, such as photography and web-ready graphics
- Actively improves and updates our asset library
- Creates prototypes for internal review and testing
- Determines how to best represent brand storytelling and concepts visually
- Uses existing brand guidelines to inform design and provide fresh ideas to connect with our audiences
- Collaborates with our Creative and IT Teams and external partners on development, maintenance and updating of our internal and guest-facing websites, e-commerce site, and email in alignment with our Marketing strategy and brand messaging
- Participates in design discussions with the Creative Team and gives feedback
- Stays current with industry trends, standards and changes
- Stays current with all training including online training and professional development opportunities

- Facilitates in-market vendor events and sampling as directed by Specialists, works with community programs lead to ensure scheduling and needs are met

- Overseeing and participating in the daily operations of the E-Commerce Online Orders Department in coordination with the Market Manager (Admin) and E-Commerce Online Specialist

- Responsible for the efficient management of all projects, guaranteeing timely completion within budgetary constraints
- Participates in design development phase through issuance of construction document phase of remodel and new construction projects
- Manages construction phase from planning to completion of remodel and new construction projects and communicates with key stakeholders
- Provides technical advice to resolve problems
- Collaborates with ownership, architects, contractors, vendors, and others affiliates with remodel and new construction projects.
- Oversees capital improvement initiatives that impact the facilities and new company innovation initiatives
