- Reports to President/CEO. - Provides leadership, innovation, and oversight of the data analytics function. - Aligns and directs executives and other business leaders using data analytics and business intelligence to ensure alignment with T&C’s vision and objectives. - Develops reports, dashboards, web services and machine learning for internal teams. - Organizes and assembles teams, technology, and processes to meet T&C’s current and future data analytics needs. - Provides management visibility into data-driven insights that inform T&C’s strategic direction. - Acts as subject matter expert in designing and recommending analytic approaches for T&C needs and establishes KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. - Develops data standards and structures large data sets to find usable information. - Actively listens, integrates input from diverse sources, and collaboratively translates business questions into data and analysis requirements. - Provides on-going ROI through WEB and Mobile analytics derived from the DOMO solution to customers. - Undertakes an organization-wide evaluation of our user data collection process and provides suggestions for improvement. - Leverages the DOMO solution through storytelling and voice of customer emphasis. - Promotes data driven decision making and fosters a “data culture” across the organization. - Provides data to support proposals, RFP responses and other business development efforts. - Develops and maintains the current and target state data technology architecture, integration, and platform blueprints. - Leads workshops and develops business cases for data & analytics teams, processes, and technologies. - Owns all phases of the data science product lifecycle (exploratory data analysis, model development, model productionizing, rollout, and evaluation). - Develops roadmaps that prioritize high-impact projects. - Ensures the dissemination and adherence to all company policies. - Maintains adherence to sustainability programs and all security and safety policies. - Provides and role models attitude of service to staff and guests. - Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Company Brand and Business Principles.
